The three bedrooms can easily accommodate a family of four or simply offer more room for someone that likes to spread out. The house has hardwood floors throughout with ceramic tile in the bathroom and linoleum in the kitchen and laundry room. There is a large deck on the back of the house perfect for entertaining and a spacious front porch.

Recent Upgrades

A new roof was installed in October 2011. New Heating and cooliing system January 2012. Other recent upgrades include vinyl siding and double hung windows. The kitchen offers a ceramic smooth top stove with hood, a side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispensor.
The laundry room is complete with a washer and dryer (if needed). The bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, two medicine cabinets, and ample storage under the sink. Recently painted, all three bedrooms can accomadate queen sized beds. Window blinds are included.

Small pets may be considered and will require a $250 non-refundible deposit. Multiple pets may also be considered and will carry a $50 additional fee per pet.
